✅ Step 1 – Check Your Toner Cartridges
If your cyan, magenta, yellow, or black toner cartridges are almost empty (below 20%), they may cause uneven printing or toner leaks.
🛠 Replace low toner cartridges and see if the issue is fixed.

✅ Step 2 – Check Drum Units
Go to your printer’s settings:
Settings → Machine Info → Parts Usage → Drum Unit
If the drum unit is almost finished, replace it. After replacement, the drum must be reset (reset steps vary by model – check our YouTube Channel).

✅ Step 3 – Check Transfer Belt (Belt Unit)
If your pages have color misalignment or streaks, the transfer belt might be worn out. It helps all toner colors stick properly to the paper. A faulty transfer belt causes color marks and faded printing.

✅ Step 4 – Check the Fuser Unit
The fuser unit melts the toner into the paper. If it’s faulty, letters may come off the page or not print at all. If the fuser is broken, it’s often better to replace the whole printer, as fuser replacement is expensive.
